By scheduling service, signing a work order, or using our Services, you agree to these Terms.


Scope of Services

We provide HVAC installation, repair, replacement, diagnostics, and maintenance services. The specific Services to be performed will be described in the written estimate or work order provided to the Customer.


Estimates & Pricing
  • All estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
  • Estimates are based on the information available at the time and may change if additional issues are discovered.
  • Any additional work or materials not included in the original estimate will require Customer approval before proceeding.
  • Prices do not include taxes, permits, or disposal fees unless explicitly stated.

Scheduling & Access
  • Service appointments are scheduled within a service window. Actual arrival times may vary due to workload, emergencies, or weather.
  • Customer must provide safe and reasonable access to the property, equipment, and work areas.
  • If access is not available at the scheduled time, a trip fee may apply.

Payment Terms
  • Payment is due upon completion of Services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and approved financing options.
  • For installations or large projects, a deposit may be required.
  • Unpaid balances may accrue interest at 1.5% per month or the maximum allowed by law.
  • Customer is responsible for all collection costs, including attorney fees, if applicable.

Warranty

Labor Warranty

  • Ensure pets are secured
  • Maintain a safe work environment
  • Obtain necessary approvals from landlords or HOAs

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss of use, loss of income, or property damage caused by system failure
  • Issues arising from pre‑existing conditions or Customer‑supplied equipment

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific Service giving rise to the claim.


Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment may incur a cancellation fee.
  • Installations canceled after materials have been ordered may incur restocking or supplier fees.

Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if unsafe conditions exist or if Customer engages in abusive or inappropriate behavior.


Use of Customer Information

Customer information is used solely for scheduling, billing, warranty registration, and service communication. We do not sell customer data.


Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict‑of‑law principles.


Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The most current version will be available upon request or on our website.

By requesting or receiving Services, Customer acknowledges and agrees to these Terms of Service.
